To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for all participants, a wide selection of hotel rooms has been pre-booked in Prague across various price ranges. These rooms are available at specially negotiated rates for delegates attending the Congress, which will take place from 16 to 19 April 2026.

All accommodation rates are quoted in Euros (€) and are based on the cost per room, per night. 

Please be aware that hotel reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability may become limited as the event approaches. For this reason, we strongly encourage delegates to secure their accommodation as early as possible, particularly if they wish to stay in hotels located near the O2 Universum, the official venue of the Congress.
